CRUELTY FREE LIVING FESTIVAL

Sharks Lair is proud to take part as a sponsor in the Cruelty Free Living Festival, an annual event run by Animal Liberation NSW which aims to bring animal cruelty issues into the public eye.
This years festival will be held at Belmore Park, Haymarket on Sunday 7 November 2010 ( Right next to Sydney's Central Station).
Sharks Lair will have a stall and I look forward to seeing you there.
DAY OF PROTEST FOR LOLITA

A DAY OF PROTEST FOR KILLER WHALE LOLITA
WILL BE HELD ON MAY !5th in front of the parking
lot entrance to the Miami Sea Aquarium.
Lolita was caught from the wild in 1970, and has been
held in captivity,alone, for 39 years in one small tank at Miami Sea Aquarium.
She has performed in 25,000 shows and earned the aquarium 170 million dollars.
The protest will call for Lolita's retirement and will demand better living conditions in a new home.
The protest will also highlight the fact that
Orca's do not belong alone in captivity, but with their pods in the wild, where they can interact, hunt and migrate.
