RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As a customer, you have the right to Cancel an online transaction within (10) ten working days.
If this is the case, please send the returned item(s) to the address that appears at the top of the packaging slip.
Returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and with the tags attached. Please include a short note describing the nature of your change of mind, and we will credit your original payment.
For Exchanges of colour or style, send the item(s) in their original condition, with clear instructions stating your preferences. Make sure you supply your address, phone number, as well as a money order or credit card details for re-delivery of item(s). The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for Fault and notifying us within (5) five working days of receiving the goods if they are not satisfactory.
If you receive Incorrect Goods, you may return the goods in question, in their original condition, along with your receipt, contact details, and a short note describing the nature of your complaint.
If we have items that are Out if Stock, we will contact you by email, with the option to exchange or cancel your order.
All prices are in Australian dollars. We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.
